| Description of rule | Adds a new rule concerning convictions of concern. This rule implements the provisions of IC 25-1-1.1-6 requiring every board, commission or committee under IC 25 to revise its licensing or certification requirements to explicitly list the convictions of concern that may disqualify an individual from receiving a license; to establish criteria to determine whether an applicant should be denied a license if they have a conviction of concern; and to establish a procedure for an individual to receive a pre-application determination as to whether their criminal history would preclude them from obtaining a license. |
