Beginning on February 21. 2025, Indiana Real Estate and Appraiser examinations for March 3, 2025 and beyond may be scheduled through Pearson VUE by clicking here or by calling 800-274-2717.
You may start your criminal background check process after the receipt screen appears after submitting your online application and payment. CBCs conducted prior to an application received date will not be considered. Please review our criminal background check webpage for more information.

All AQB approved courses are approved by Indiana. Contact the provider for more information.
As of January 1, 2008 all pre-licensing education must approved by the Appraisal Qualification Board. A list of AQB approved courses is available here. It is acceptable to take Internet-based pre-licensing courses.
