- Physical Therapy Licensure Compact: The State of Indiana joined the Physical Therapy Licensure Compact (the Compact) through legislation enacted by the Indiana General Assembly in 2021. See Section 17 of HEA 1405-2021. The Compact is codified in the Indiana Code under Indiana Code § 25-27-2. At this time, the Indiana Board of Physical Therapy (the Board) and the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency are in the process of implementing the Compact, including promulgating certain administrative rules of the Board to administer the Compact. - 9/16/2022 - Notice of Proposed Rulemaking of the Physical Therapy Compact Commission: Pursuant to Indiana Code § 25-27-2-9(d) and Rule 7.1 of the Rules of the Physical Therapy Compact Commission (the Commission), provided below is the Commission's Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (the Notice). The Commission will consider and vote on the proposed amendments to its rules, provided in the Notice, at its public meeting on October 30, 2022. The Commission is requesting public comment on the proposed amendments to its rules, and written comments may be submitted to the Commission as provided in the Notice.
