I&M Distributed Generation Tariff

Indiana Michigan Power (I&M) has received IURC approval of a new tariff for procuring excess distributed generation. The Commission's order in Cause No. 45506 was issued on Jan. 26, 2022. The OUCC has filed a notice of appeal to the Indiana Court of Appeals.

The OUCC recommended denial of the request in its testimony, closing brief, and proposed order.
