Boonville Muncipal Water Rates

UPDATE (4-17-19): An IURC order approving the agreement was issued on April 17, 2019.

The City of Boonville and the OUCC have reached a settlement agreement on the city water utility's rates and finances.

The agreement is pending before the IURC which may approve, deny, or modify it.

An OUCC news release was issued in May 2018 to invite consumer comments.

The IURC approved Boonville's current water rates in 2009.

Municipal sewer utilities are exempt from IURC oversight. Locally elected city and town councils approve their rates.
