Electric utilities can also adjust rates due to changes in wholesale power costs. Those costs can only be recovered on a dollar-for-dollar basis. OUCC review and IURC approval are required.
As of July 2025, Auburn's typical residential electric bill ranks lowest among the electric utilities the IURC regulates.
