Verida, Inc. is the Indiana Health Coverage Programs (IHCP) nonemergency medical transportation (NEMT) broker for fee-for-service Traditional Medicaid members who require assistance traveling to their covered healthcare services.
Verida contracts with independent transportation providers to deliver a range of transportation services, including ambulatory and wheelchair transport services.
Members enrolled in Indiana’s Traditional Medicaid program can call Verida customer service at 855-325-7588 to arrange NEMT to covered medical services. Members should call at least two business days in advance of the appointment date. Appointments can be scheduled up to 30 days in advance.
Transportation providers interested in serving Traditional Medicaid participants must first enroll as an IHCP provider. After enrolling with the IHCP, providers must contract with Verida to be a part of their statewide NEMT network.
