Birth Certificate Application Information: For births occurring in Knox County, the Birth Certificate fee is $15. For births occurring outside of Knox County, the Birth Certificate fee is $20.
Death Certificate Application Information: For deaths occurring in Knox County, the Death Certificate fee is $20. For deaths occurring outside of Knox County, the Death Certificate fee is $25.
Certified copies of Birth/Death Certificates WILL NOT be issued until appropriate relationship or direct interest is determined. Applicant MUST provide a valid Driver's License or photo ID.
