Monday through Friday 8:30 – 4:00, closed 12:00  - 1:00 PM daily for lunch

Immunization Clinics*: 
Evening Clinic - rotating Tuesdays &  Wednesdays 4:00 - 6:00 PM**
Weekend Clinic - once a month 9am-12noon**

*     All Evening and Weekend Clinic services require an appointment. Please call 765-647-4322 to make your appointment.

**   Evening and Weekend Clinics are on an as needed basis.

When arriving for an evening or weekend clinic please enter at the accessible entrance facing Franklin  Ave.
