Scope of Rule
This rulemaking (RM # 18-01, LSA # 18-113) stems from Ind. Code § 4-22-2.5-2, which provides that an administrative rule expires January 1 of the seventh year after the year in which the rule took effect (unless the rule contains an earlier expiration). When rules are readopted, no language changes are made to the rule. The rulemaking regards the readoption of three rules scheduled to sunset or expire on Jan. 1, 2019. Specifically, these include:
- 170 IAC 1-1.1: Practice and Procedure Before the Commission
- 170 IAC 1-7: Commission Review of Municipal Utility Rates and Charges
- 170 IAC 17.1: Indiana Voluntary Clean Energy Portfolio Standard Program
