Comment Time Period

The comment period on the proposed rule is from March 20, 2024, to April 24, 2024. All comments must be postmarked or time stamped no later than April 24, 2024.

Public Hearing

On April 22, 2024, at 1:30 p.m., at the PNC Center (IURC Conference Center Judicial Courtroom 222), 101 West Washington Street, Indianapolis, IN 46204, the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission will hold a public hearing in this rulemaking, IURC RM #23-02, LSA #24-90, regarding the rule concerning cost securitization of retired electric utility assets at 170 IAC 4-10. The notice of the public hearing was posted in the Indiana Register on March 20, 2024.

Those interested in viewing the public hearing can do so via the YouTube link below. Audience members can ask questions in the chat box. Commission staff will then ask those questions as they are received and as time allows.
