Scope of Rule
The subject matter of this rulemaking (RM 15-05) is the process and practices that will govern the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission’s administration of the funds in the 211 Account. The rulemaking stems from amendments to Indiana Code §§ 8-1-19.5-9.5, -11, -12, and -13 effective July 1, 2015.
