Reminders:
Cleanup your Contacts in ERM
Thank you to those that have successfully cleaned up their user security roles and contact types within ERM! Because of this cleanup, your employees' information is in the right hands.
As a reminder, all authorized agents must review and confirm that their active contacts and users are correctly labeled in ERM. Any inactive contacts that are labeled as “active”, need to be deactivated from both the contact and user sections of ERM.
After your unit has completed this request, send us an email at eppa@inprs.in.gov with the subject line “Contact Clean Up”. In the body of your email please include the following:
“ERM contact/user review has been completed for [INSERT YOUR SUBMISSION UNIT NUMBER].”
If we do not hear from you via phone or email confirming the that you have cleaned your ERM contact list, our team will contact you until you have done so.
Note: If your unit has completed this and informed the Employer Advocate Team, no action is needed.
Thank you for sharing your employee’s photos with us!
We’re continuing to build out our library of photos to highlight the good work that our employers do, that often goes unseen.
To learn more about this initiative, read our story here. If you wish to submit photos and your contact information fill out this form at your earliest convenience and, as you have new images you’d like to share, you can use this form again.
