The Highway Engineering Division is committed to advancing the design and delivery of Indiana's highway projects. Through its four specialized teams, the division ensures the successful delivery of safe, efficient, and resilient transportation infrastructure by designing highway projects, establishing design criteria, overseeing pavement and geometric design, and providing survey support across Indiana.
