Auditor & Investigator Conference 2019
The Indiana Office of Inspector General hosted an Auditor & Investigator Conference at the Indiana Government Center South Auditorium. The Reid Technique of Interviewing and Interrogation was provided by the president of John E. Reid & Associates, Inc. This company’s resources have been recognized by the U.S. Supreme Court as examples of law enforcement resources that offer proper training in interrogations and obtaining confessions. A separate panel of OIG special agents discussed topics of case development, evidence handling, interviewing state employees and more.
