J. Will Deane, State Ethics Commission Director
Will began his current role in February 2026 after joining the OIG as a staff attorney in November 2024. As State Ethics Director, Will advises the Indiana State Ethics Commission, directs and oversees OIG advisory opinions, provides ethics training presentations and materials within state government, and fields and responds to APRA requests. Prior to joining the OIG, Will obtained a bachelor’s degree in Brain and Behavioral Science from Purdue University, then a J.D. from Indiana University McKinney School of Law. In his free time, he is often watching or playing basketball, biking, or hanging out with his cat.
Teresa Henson, Director of Administration
Teresa Henson joined the Office of Inspector General in November 2024. Prior to joining the Office of Inspector General, Teresa worked with the Department of Child Services, the Office of Attorney General and the State Board of Accounts. Teresa has accumulated 40+ years of service in various positions serving the State of Indiana.
