Approximately 110 people attended the dedication ceremony for this marker.
Sister Denise Wilkinson, General Superior of the Sisters of Providence, spoke during the dedication ceremony. She said, 'We are delighted that our favorite significant individual, Saint Mother Theodore Guerin, has been chosen for this honor.' After the ceremony, Sister Wilkinson spoke with the media about Saint Theodora Guerin and the historical marker.
The marker is located across from the Our Lady of Lourdes Grotto (pictured above) at the Sisters of Providence motherhouse grounds in Saint Mary-of-the-Woods.
