Viral Hepatitis Services Program
The Viral Hepatitis Services Program (VHSP) is a linkage to care program for Hoosiers living with hepatitis C. The primary goal of the Viral Hepatitis (VH) Services program is to increase the number of persons in Indiana who are aware of their HCV status and are linked to care by helping individuals living with hepatitis C find and establish care; ensuring continuity of care; and promoting self-sufficiency through customized education, coordination of services and empowerment of the individual.
Eligibility:
- Has tested positive for the hepatitis C virus (regardless of symptoms or date of diagnosis)
- Resides in Indiana
How the Program Works:
Contact one of the Care Coordinators to be part of this program (see map below)

- Please call or email the Care Coordinator that is closest to where you live.
Care Coordinators can assist with:
- Scheduling medical appointments
- Insurance enrollment
- Transportation
- Housing
- And more
