What’s Changing
The State of Indiana is transitioning to a new web Content Management System (CMS), the software used to create, manage, and publish content to the website, and began transitioning Family and Social Services Administration web pages to the new system on May 27. This transition is expected to last approximately one month.
What to Expect
During this period, you may notice:
- Delays in web content posting
- Temporary broken or inactive links
- Changes to website URLs once the transition is complete
What We Need From You
To help ensure a smooth transition, we ask for your support:
- Please be patient
Temporary disruptions and delays are expected as we complete this transition. - Report issues when you see them
If you encounter broken links, missing content, or other errors, please notify the web team and we will contact support for you. - Submit only urgent requests during the transition
If possible, hold non-essential web requests until after the transition. The communications team can also support you in finding alternate ways to disseminate materials.
Requests should be marked as priority only if they:
- Support immediate program operations
- Fulfill federal or state legal obligations
- Meet deadlines for public comment or grant applications
- Align with initiatives from the Secretary or Governor
For submissions that meet these requirements and include all materials that comply with accessibility standards, connect with your division's communications liaison and division director prior to submitting a web request.
