Eligibility
To be eligible for a Recovery Works referral, all participants must meet the following criteria:
✓ Indiana resident
✓ At least 18 years of age
✓ Annual income that does not exceed 200% of the Federal Poverty Level (Federal poverty guidelines can be viewed by clicking here)
✓ Current or prior involvement in the state of Indiana criminal justice system

• Participants and criminal justice partners are the only entities that may submit a referral
• Providers, peer coaches, RCO’s, family members etc. cannot submit a referral on behalf of participants.
