Eligibility

The Recovery Works program was implemented in 2015 to reduce the number of individuals with substance abuse and mental health disorders entering the criminal justice system. The original intent was assisting individuals that did not have insurance in receiving necessary services. Recovery Works has since evolved from its original intent to now provide funding for participants who are covered by insurance, too. Below you will find a list of qualifications to receive Recovery Works funding.

✓ Indiana resident
✓ At least 18 years of age
✓ Annual income that does not exceed 200% of the Federal Poverty Level (Federal poverty guidelines can be viewed by clicking here)
✓ Current open criminal case with a felony conviction or charge
