Indiana Behavioral Health Commission

The Indiana Behavioral Health Commission, discusses and makes recommendations on issues related to the overall improvement of the behavioral and mental health of Indiana residents. The Commission meets to address and report on behavioral health issues in Indiana. The Commission must prepare reports that address the following four areas:

  • Assessment and inventory
  • Funding and data
  • Youth and families
  • System design and access.

The Commission is established by Indiana Code 12-21-7.

Meetings

The Indiana Behavioral Health Commission will be dividing into six subgroups in order to complete an assessment and inventory of each focus area. More information about the subgroups can be found by clicking here. Each subgroup will be meeting between April 19, 2021 and May 14, 2021. The dates and times for each subgroup meeting can be found below.

For public access to each subgroup meeting, please use the following instructions:

  • Meeting live stream
