In order to simplify and expedite the review process, the NLT team has created a brief 9-question survey. Your response to this survey is critical if you wish for your application to be considered. The survey must be completed by close of business, Feb. 1, 2021. Please ensure that only one survey response is provided for your application. This survey should be completed by the primary contact person or their designee for your organization’s NLT application. The survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
We recognize that more than a year has passed since your application was first submitted. The purpose of this survey is to help us understand what changes (if any) may have occurred within the existing scope of your proposed project. Applicants may not request additional funds or expand the scope of their project. Please provide an accurate and detailed response to each question.
Please note: Completion of the survey is not an indication of award status. All applicants will be notified of the status of their application in conjunction with the announcement of Round 2 awards.
