- Monroe Lake Closures (4/8/25): Marina, Lakeview Shelter, Twin Oaks Shelter, beach, and Activity Center at Paynetown SRA; Stillwater-Northfork Waterfowl Area, Friendship Road (from hunter check station to Gross Road), and McGowan Road (including the Stillwater Observation Platform); Beach at Fairfax SRA; Cartop SRA; Pine Grove SRA; Main boat ramp and access to Twin Herons Marina at Cutright SRA (high water ramp currently open). Water levels are forecasted to rise through Wednesday morning (4/9/2025) so additional areas may be impacted. Check for updates on the Monroe Lake Facebook page.
