Anna Culy serves as the Budget Division Director at the Indiana Department of Local Government Finance. The budget division works with approximately 2500 units of government throughout the state during the various stages of the budget process, as well as assisting in the review of the annual Certification of Net Assessed Values, annual County Abstract Process, and many other important processes done throughout the year.
Before joining the Department in 2022 as a Budget Field Representative, Anna worked in the Jay County Auditor’s Office for 18 years. First as part-time clerical, then first deputy, and finally as auditor for almost 2 full terms. She stepped down early to come to the Department.
Anna holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Taylor University and a master’s in history from Ball State University.
