Comment on a Proposed Rule
Comments on a proposed rule are accepted in writing by any of the following methods:
- Via Email at: Legal@dfi.in.gov
- Via Mail at: Attention Legal Department, Indiana Department of Financial Institutions, 30 South Meridian Street, Suite 200, Indianapolis, IN 46204
- If applicable, public comments are also accepted at public hearings as required by Indiana Code § 4-22-2-26.
- All comments must be postmarked or time stamped not later than February 2, 2024.
- A request to receive a copy of the submitted comments and the DFI's response to comments may be sent via email to Legal@dfi.in.gov, or such records may be inspected at the office of the Indiana Department of Financial Institutions, 30 South Meridian Street, Suite 200, Indianapolis, IN 46204. Comments are also made available for inspection at public hearings, if applicable, as required by Indiana Code § 4-22-2-26.
- In accordance with Indiana Code § 4-22-2.1-6, comments from the Indiana Economic Development Corporation, if applicable, are made available for inspection and copying at the office of the Indiana Department of Financial Institutions, 30 South Meridian Street, Suite 200, Indianapolis, IN 46204. Comments are also made available for inspection at public hearings, if applicable, as required by Indiana Code § 4-22-2-26.
