Supporting emergency management operations across Putnam County.

The Putnam County Emergency Management Agency (EMA) Volunteer Program supports preparedness, response, and recovery efforts throughout the county. Volunteers assist with emergency operations, disaster response, severe weather monitoring, public events, community outreach, and more!


EMA Volunteers operate under the National Incident Management System (NIMS) and may support the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) and field operations.
