The purpose of the Madison County Alternative Dispute Resolution program (ADR) is to provide low-income and unrepresented litigants access to qualified mediators to assist in reaching agreements in cases involving dissolution of marriage, legal separation, and paternity. Referrals into the program must be made by a judicial officer.
