Provided below is information to assist you with understanding how to register to vote, where to submit your registration information, and how to confirm your registration.
Register to Vote
Online Registration - If you have a valid Indiana Driver’s License you may register to vote, and change your registration address or name online at www.indianavoters.com. These changes must be made no later than 30 days before the next election. The Indiana Voters website may also be used to confirm your registration or find your polling location.
Register in Clerk's Office - You may also register to vote in the Harrison County Clerk's office.

Register to Vote Absentee Ballot
Interested in voting with an absentee ballot in the Primary or Fall Election? Please see the information provided below.
INSTRUCTIONS: Complete and return the application below so it is received by the Harrison County election board at least 12 days before election day.
Military and overseas absentee voters should use the form below to request an absentee ballot.

- Voting Absentee Ballot by mail - if mailed, e-mailed, hand-delivered or faxed, Thursday, April 25th by 11:59 pm (before midnight)
- Delivery by Traveling Board - Monday, May 06th by noon
- Military/Overseas - by midnight April 25th if ballot to be mailed by noon May 06th if requesting to vote by e-mail or fax
- When must my ballot be received by Clerk to be processed in time to be counted?
- Voting by mail - Mail received on election day May 07th
- Military/Overseas - Postmarked by the date of the election, May 07th and received by noon 10 days following the election, if mailed. If e-mailed or faxed the ballot must be received in Clerk’s Office by 6pm on Election Day
