PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE
The Clark County Election Board will convene a public meeting at 4:45 p.m. on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, in the Clark County Voter Registration Office, Room 139, Clark County Judicial Center, 501 E. Court Avenue, Jeffersonville, Indiana, pursuant to Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-5.
The purpose of the meeting is to conduct a public hearing regarding a Candidate Filing Challenge (CAN-1) filed against John Duke Benningfield, Jr., a candidate for Clark County Council, District 1.
