Juvenile Justice Reform Task Force

This group is no longer active. The Juvenile Justice Reform Task Force was created by the Commission in February 2020 to work with the Council of State Governments Justice Center on an assessment of Indiana's juvenile justice system. The Task Force completed its work with a package of recommendations submitted to the Commission and the General Assembly in October 2021. These recommendations became the substance of HEA 1359-2022 and the Youth Justice Oversight Committee (YJOC). For access to materials from past meetings, see below.
