When searching, please make sure to enter the correct "Profession" type (Alcoholic Beverage, Gaming, or Tobacco).
Public Record Requests
To submit a request for public records of the Indiana Alcohol and Tobacco Commission under the Indiana Access to Public Records Act (APRA), please submit a request using the ATC APRA Portal.
