The Indiana Health Coverage Programs (IHCP) will host the 2024 IHCP Roadshow at six locations throughout the state of Indiana, starting April 30 and concluding June 6. These events will provide an opportunity for continued relationship building between Indiana Medicaid providers and all IHCP entities, with face-to-face discussion of current and future initiatives by the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA), Gainwell Technologies and all IHCP business partners.
This year's Roadshow will be divided into a morning session with information targeted to providers for the new Indiana PathWays for Aging program, and an afternoon session targeted to existing programs. Each session will include an "Open House" portion in which providers will have the opportunity to speak one-on-one with the FSSA and each business partner regarding the providers' specific questions and current initiatives. Providers are encouraged to come prepared with any policy-related questions.
Note: Providers should not bring actual claims or claim-related questions to the IHCP Roadshow.
The PathWays morning session will include the Open House period, a presentation by Office of Medicaid Policy and Planning (OMPP) staff and a joint presentation by the three PathWays managed care entities (MCEs). There will be a break for lunch and a second Open House period for providers in existing Indiana Medicaid programs. This will be followed by a second presentation by OMPP staff regarding other Medicaid programs and a presentation by each business partner associated with existing Medicaid programs.
Registration
Providers are requested to register for the 2024 IHCP Roadshow online at the 2024 IHCP Roadshow event page. Providers have the option to request any Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accommodations they need to fully experience the Roadshow. When providers register, they receive a registration confirmation immediately. Please register for only one date/location to allow other providers to attend, as seating is limited. If for some reason you are unable to register or do not receive a confirmation, please feel free to attend, regardless. Registration is strongly encouraged, but walk-ins will be allowed if space is available. The final day to register is two business days prior to each event.
