Ebola Virus Disease (EVD) - Information

The Indiana State Department of Health has opened a call center for the public to answer questions regarding Ebola Virus Disease. Health representatives are available to answer questions regarding symptoms, screening and diagnosis of Ebola. It is open Monday through Friday, 8:15 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.

The call center telephone number is (877) 826-0011. Call (888) 561-0044 for the hearing impaired.

If you are a healthcare provider and have questions, please call the healthcare provider hotline at (844) 257-0052.

According to the CDC, the only affected West African countries in the current Ebola outbreak are Guinea, Liberia and Sierra Leone.  Travel to other countries poses no risk.
