Outpatient Influenza-like Illness Sentinel Surveillance Network (ILINet)

The Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) in collaboration with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is participating in the 2015-2016 influenza-like illness surveillance program, ILINet. ILINet is a surveillance program with participating healthcare providers from outpatient clinics. Data reported by the sentinel providers is used to determine the burden of influenza in the state. If you are interested in becoming a Sentinel Site please read the Recruitment Letter linked below and complete an Enrollment Form.
