Kim Duncan was selected as the recipient of the Outstanding Customer Service Award for the first quarter of 2016.

"Kim has done a great job the past several weeks of training the seven new team members that have joined the organization over the past few months," said Deputy IT Director Joe Lex. "She has done this, all while staying on top of her normal day to day duties and not missing a beat doing so."
