Municipality Set-Aside Program

SEA 169 (P.L. 145-2013), to be codified at IC-27-2-15, created the Municipality Set-Aside Program. The purpose of this form is to allow Municipalities to join the Set-Aside Program, modify their information, or be removed from the Program. Municipalities opting to join the program must return a copy of the adopting ordinance and $100 statutory fee to:
