What's New

Wage Equity Day is April 22, 2008!

The wage gap isn’t just a women’s issue! Women continue to earn only 77 cents on the dollar to their male counterparts (in Indiana it’s 72 cents on the dollar). To match men's earnings for a 12 month calendar year women have to work an extra four months. Equal pay for women raises family income and the whole family benefits.
