Edwin Way Teale Indiana Historical Marker dedication ceremony
The state historical marker that commemorates the life and work of naturalist Edwin Way Teale was dedicated in Furnessville on May 30, 2009. Teale spent summers and holidays in this part of Indiana as a child, time that Teale later stated influenced his career in significant ways.
