The marker was placed at the Elder Watson Diggs Memorial which was the fraternity's Alpha Chapter house on the Indiana University campus in Bloomington, Indiana.

111 undergraduate and alumni members of Kappa Alpha Psi attended the dedication.

Richard Lee Snow, Executive/COO Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. (left) and Curtis R. Simic, President Emeritus, Indiana University Foundation (right) unveiled the marker.

This was one of the largest state historical marker dedications ever. 175 people attended the event!
