Indiana Entry Health Requirements
Bird species, other than those classified as poultry (see requirements below) must be accompanied by a Certificate of Veterinary of Inspection (Health Certification) written and signed by a licensed and accredited veterinarian within 30 days prior to entering the state. Though classified as livestock by state law, ostriches, emus and other ratites fall in this category for entry requirements.
