State Employees: If you have an IT issue that is not related to IN.gov (e.g., PeopleSoft, passwords, hardware/software, e-mail, etc.), please submit your ticket to the IOT Customer Service Desk so that your request is promptly resolved.

Web Address Change Request

Thank you for your interest in applying for a new URL. There is no fee for IN.gov Web addresses. At the end of this page, you will be able to send an electronic application. In order to speed up the process, please take the following into account when you make your request:
  1. This is the form for any domain request, including .gov, .com, .net., .org, etc.
  2. All requests are subject to the review and approval of the Governor's Office and IN.gov.

  • For towns, the President of the Town Board
  • For cities, the Mayor of the City
  • For counties, the President of the County Commissioners

Request the appropriate domain names in the configuration for a town, city or county:

  • For towns: town name.IN.gov
    (pumpkincenter.IN.gov)
  • For cities: city name.IN.gov
    marion.IN.gov)
  • For counties: county name.IN.gov
    (marioncounty.IN.gov)
