IN.gov Status
State Employees: If you have an IT issue that is not related to IN.gov (e.g., PeopleSoft, passwords, hardware/software, e-mail, etc.), please submit your ticket to the IOT Customer Service Desk so that your request is promptly resolved.
Web Content or Graphics Request
Maximum file size is 2 MB. Please send files larger than 2 MBs to kpastore@www.IN.gov. If you have more than one file to attach, please zip your files and upload one attachment.
Every effort is made to resolve each ticket within 3 days. If you need your ticket resolved sooner, please mark your ticket High. Though we manage to resolve these tickets within 3 days, we will resolve High, then Medium, then Low tickets. We appreciate your assistance in most accurately reflecting the priority level of your request.
