The Indiana Board of Veterinary Medicine uses the same online licensing program as other registered professions: MyLicense.IN.gov. Paper applications may be submitted via US Mail.
This system is used for:
- First-time/new applications
- Renewals
- Updates (changes to address, name, etc.)
- Controlled Substance Registration (CSR)
- Tracking application status
- Continuing Education document submissions
- Ordering a license card
