Connecting from iPad/iPhone?

Click the link for the live meeting.

You will be prompted to install Teams

Click “Get Teams”

Teams will download – once installed, click Join Meeting

You will be prompted, Open in Teams. Of course, click open!

Since this is your first time opening Teams you will be prompted for permissions. These meetings particularly are VIEW ONLY, so selecting Allow or Don’t Allow does not matter.

Next, you will be taken to the screen to join. You can enter your name or any name you wish – This will not be shown anywhere as you are only viewing the meeting.

Click Join Now.

If the meeting has started broadcasting, you will join as a viewer.

That’s it!
