First time watching Live Meeting on Android Devices:

Click the link to join the live meeting. If you do not have Teams already installed, click on Get Teams

You will be taken to the Google Play store – and the Install will appear for Microsoft Teams. Click Install.

After the install is completed, you can close the Google Play Store and go back to the link to view the Live Stream from the web browser.

Now Click on Join Meeting

Since this is your first time using Teams you will have some permissions asked.

Since this Live event is Broadcast only, it does not matter if you allow Audio or Camera – select as you wish.

Select Don’t Allow for Make and manage phone calls.

You will finally be prompted to enter your name. This does not matter as attendance is not taken. You can enter anything you like here.

Finally click Join now.

If the meeting has started broadcasting, you will join as a viewer.

That’s it!
