The Edgewood Town Council is an elected body that holds the town’s legislative and executive powers. Each Town Council member also serves as a Commissioner over a particular area of town services and activities. Members serve four-year terms.
The Council meets on the third Monday of every month at 5:00 p.m. Meetings are open to the public. follow the link below for our recorded or live meetings on Youtube.

Patty Farran
Edgewood resident since 1987, Patty retired from Oncology Nursing in 2017 after 47 years. She is currently the GM of the Edgewood Golf, Pub, Dining and Events Center. She was elected to the Edgewood Town Council in 1999 and currently serves as the President, as well as the Water and Sewer Commissioner. Hobbies include gardening (especially flowers), Cooking and singing back up at church.

Mike Reed
Mike and his wife have lived in Edgewood since 2017. They love the area and everyone they have met. He was elected to the Edgewood Town Council in 2024, running because he wanted to give back to the community and to help keep the area special. They enjoy spending time with their family and traveling. A couple of his hobbies are reading (especially history) and golf.

Curt Farran
Appointed to the Edgewood Town Council in 2024 serving as Building Commissioner, Curt is a lifelong resident of Edgewood. His 37 year banking career took him to Indianapolis as a Relationship Manager for PNC’s Private Bank. He enjoys gardening with his wife, walking our beautiful town and playing mediocre golf.

Robin Pickett
Edgewood resident since 2020, Robin was appointed to the Town Council in 2025, serving as Parks Commissioner. He worked for the United States Postal Service for 38 years, retiring in 2023. He held multiple positions, such as City Carrier; Supervisor; Labor Relations Specialist for the Greater Indiana District; and Honorable Postmaster in multiple cities (Pendleton, Elwood, Noblesville, Muncie), as well as many teams and detail assignments prior to his retirement. He has been active in youth sports, enjoys reading and currently practices yoga.
