The Public Deposit Insurance Fund (PDIF) was created to protect the public funds of the state and its political subdivisions deposited in approved financial institutions.
The Indiana Board for Depositories will meet in Executive Session
pursuant to IC 5-14-1.5-6.1 and IC 5-13-12-2 for discussion of strategy with respect to the initiation of litigation or litigation that is either pending or has been threatened specifically in writing and also to discuss the financial strength of a particular institution and the collateral requirements of particular institutions, as authorized by IC 5-13-12-2(c)(1-3).
