Sergeant Kevin Goins

Kevin Goins was recently promoted to the rank of Sergeant with the Morgan County Jail. Kevin will serve as the midnight shift supervisor. Kevin has served the Morgan County Sheriff's Office for 5 years holding the positions of Jail Officer, Corporal and the Commander of the Correctional Emergency Response Team. Kevin enjoys spending time with his two younger sisters, hunting, fishing and training Jiujitsu.
