Tri-Township Water Corporation is seeking a rate increase in IURC Cause No. 45563-U. The utility provides service in portions of Dearborn and Franklin Counties.

The OUCC filed testimony on Sept. 14, 2021. On Dec. 10, 2021, the OUCC filed a supplemental report and new rate schedules agreed to by both parties.

All publicly filed documents in this case are available through the IURC's electronic document system. The OUCC issued a July 20, 2021 news release to invite consumer comments.

Tri-Township Water Corporation is seeking the increase through the state's Small Utility Filing Procedure, which is aimed at reducing rate case expenses while not reducing the standard of review by the OUCC and IURC.
