Stucker Fork Conservancy District is seeking approval of new water rates in IURC Cause No. 46167. The district provides service in Scott, Jefferson, Jackson, Jennings, Washington, and Clark Counties.
OUCC analysts and attorneys are reviewing the request and are scheduled to file testimony on Mar. 4, 2025. A typical rate case follows a 300-day schedule.
The OUCC issued a media release on Jan. 30, 2025 to invite written consumer comments for the case record.
